Circular Observatory Showcase

Tyler Art + Architecture students will present their work to adaptively redevelop the former Johannes Kepler Observatory at Temple’s Ambler campus into the “Circular Observatory”, an initiative in partnership with Circular Philadelphia.

Attendees will see the students’ work firsthand and take part in a conversation about how circular design can shape the future of the built environment.

The presentation will showcase the students’ strategies to transform the observatory, exploring concepts of design for reuse, adaptability, and deconstruction integrated into this long-abandoned scientific asset. Click here for more information about the project.
