In 2024, we’re kicking off a new campaign to promote the circular economy and inspire collective action towards greater circularity.
Circular economies don’t happen on their own.
They happen when individual actions meet collective impact, driving the systemic change that future generations so richly deserve.
They take all of us.
Which is why we’re combining our voices and actions to create a brighter, more responsible and more sustainable future than any one of us could achieve alone. Producer, consumer, designer, user, policymaker, advocate–we all have a role to play. We’re here to be greater and bigger through each other. By lifting up our teammates and celebrating their successes on the field–one win at a time.
Join us for a #CircleUp Policy Day of Action on February 21st!
Send emails/letters advocating to legislators – addressing vacant lots, dumping, and plastics!
What: Advocate to the new mayoral administration and City Council to take action on the policies Circular Philadelphia has crafted to reduce waste and litter while at the same time strengthening our economy here in Philadelphia. Please visit our policy page to learn more.
When: Wednesday, February 21, 2024 – ALL DAY
Where: Your email + Trash Academy will also drop physical letters off at City Hall!
Who: You! We need YOU to send your emails/letters on 2/21 (or right around that date, to be most powerful) and encourage your friends and network to as well! You can access the template letter, the list of legislators we’re sending it to and instructions to send your letter today.
We’re stronger together. Show your support for #CircleUp.
