Kim Paymaster
Grant Program Director at The Conservation Alliance

Kim Paymaster serves as the Grant Program Director for The Conservation Alliance where she supports partnerships with local communities, Tribes, and conservation organizations for the protection of land and water across North America. Prior to this, Kim served as a Program Officer at the Pew Charitable Trusts where she supported social service organizations in the greater Philadelphia region. Her work with grantees has been informed by her previous experiences managing a sports-based youth development organization and supporting community-based juvenile justice efforts in Washington, D.C.

With a focus on supporting individuals and communities across Philadelphia, Kim serves on the board of directors for the Scattergood Foundation and Circular Philadelphia. In her free time, she enjoys playing volleyball, spending time outdoors, exploring new places, and playing lots of games with her husband and daughter.
